We refund 100% if…
We do not deliver your order within 48 hours of payment.
A technical failure on our side prevents you from receiving or downloading your product and we cannot fix it.
You were charged twice or by mistake.
We fix it at no cost if…
You find a verifiable factual error in your scroll or documentary, or a quality problem in the audio, coat of arms or trailer. Write to us and we will review and remake it.
No refund if…
The product was delivered correctly and the request is due to a change of mind, or because the surname's history is not what you expected: we tell what the sources document, without inventing.
How to request it
Write to contacto@daniniheritage.com within 14 days of your purchase, with your file number (DH-…). We reply within 3 business days; approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
