1. What we sell

Personalised digital products about a surname: a narrated audio documentary with original music, a digital lineage scroll, an original coat of arms design, a musical work certificate, a sources report and, in the complete package, a 40-second video trailer.

Everything is delivered online, on your order page, and can be downloaded. We do not ship physical products.

2. How it is made

Products are made by an automated system that uses artificial intelligence to research public sources on the internet, write the texts, narrate the documentary, compose the music and create the images and video.

Our commitment is not to invent facts: every historical statement comes from the sources consulted, listed in the sources report, and what cannot be confirmed is said as such. A surname's history may have gaps or different interpretations; we do not guarantee that information exists about a particular surname or family.

The trailer's images and video are recreations of period places and objects; they do not show real members of your family.

3. The coat of arms

The coat of arms is an original DaniniHeritage design created for your family by the rules of heraldry. It is not a historic grant and confers no nobility, title or right of any kind.

4. Delivery

Everything is usually ready between 20 minutes and 2 hours after payment; exceptionally up to 48 hours. If we do not deliver within that time, we refund your purchase (see Refund Policy).

5. Licences and rights

Scroll, coat of arms and report: you may use them freely for personal and family purposes, print and share them.

Documentary and trailer: they are a DaniniHeritage investigation and production, and DaniniHeritage keeps all rights to them. You receive a personal and family licence, with no time limit, including sharing them on your social media. DaniniHeritage may publish and monetise versions of the documentary or trailer without your family's names or documents.

Music: the licence for the musical work is set out in your musical work certificate.

Reselling the products or offering them as a service to others is not permitted.

6. Documents you upload

If you attach certificates or other documents, you confirm you have the right to share them. We use them only to prepare your order and never publish them.

7. Verification and authenticity

Each scroll carries a digitally signed file number and code. Verification confirms the document was issued by DaniniHeritage and has not been altered; it does not certify genealogical facts before any authority.

8. Liability

Our products are for family knowledge, memory and enjoyment; they are not official documents nor legal proof of kinship. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. We may update them; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
